Is there a time limit for using the Free Plan?
Currently, the Free Plan can be used without any time restrictions.
Will the Free Plan automatically switch to the Standard Plan?
The Free Plan will not switch to the Standard Plan unless you choose to subscribe.
If I upgrade from the Free Plan to the Standard Plan, will it be available immediately?
Plan changes will take effect immediately after subscription. The first payment will be billed on the subscription date.
What payment methods are available?
Currently, only credit cards are accepted.
Is there a refund if I cancel during the subscription period?
We are sorry, but refunds are not available for cancellations.
If I cancel the Standard Plan and switch to the Free Plan, what happens to the documents I generated?
In the Free Plan, documents generated during the Standard Plan subscription, including those already saved, will be limited to a 60-day retention period. After 60 days from the generation date, documents will be automatically deleted. Please download and save your data before canceling the Standard Plan. If you wish to keep your data, consider re-subscribing to a paid plan before the next renewal date.
What happens if I reach the document generation limit on the Free Plan?
You will no longer be able to generate additional documents. If using the API, an error response will be returned.
Will I be notified if I reach the document generation limit on the Free Plan?
There are no notifications when the document generation limit is reached. If you are unable to generate documents, it is likely you have reached the limit. Please log in to Docuest to check your generation count.
Can I recover documents that have been deleted after the retention period?
We are sorry, but documents deleted after the retention period cannot be recovered.
